Role Summary
As a Technical Mentor (TM) in the Creative Tech-Lite vertical, you’ll support learners in the Content Creation program as they build practical skills in storytelling, visual communication, and content creation.
You’ll guide learners through group mentorship sessions, provide technical support and feedback on their learning progress, and contribute to a vibrant community where learners can share ideas, learn from one another, and grow together.
This role is ideal for an experienced digital creative who understands the content creation landscape, enjoys experimenting with creative tools and formats, and is passionate about helping others develop their skills and confidence.
Specific Responsibilities
Technical Support (60%)
Facilitate weekly live study sessions and walkthroughs on topics such as brand building, video editing, storytelling, and content strategy
Mentor learners on core content creation skills, including hooks, scripting, storytelling, and video structure
Provide async guidance on tools, workflows, project submissions, and portfolios through the community platform
Requirements
- ·Proven experience as a digital content creator, with a track record of creating and publishing engaging content
- ·Strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and content growth strategies
- ·Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- ·Ability to use content performance metrics to evaluate what’s working and inform content decisions
- ·Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing constructive feedback to early-stage creatives
