ゲーミングサポートエージェント 5CAのゲーミングサポートエージェントとして、あなたはゲームスタジオのカスタマーサポート業務を担当します。プレイヤーのアカウントや技術的な問題をサポートし、購入やゲームプレイに関する問い合わせの問題解決にプレイヤーを導きます。チームリーダーとオペレーションマネージャーの指導のもと、エージェントチームの一員として働き、業務を通じてスキルを向上させる補助トレーニングモジュールを受講します。クライアントの最新プロジェクトやアップデート、過去のリリースやブランド情報にも精通し、プレイヤーが大好きなゲームを楽しみ続けられるようサポートします。

応募条件

日本語が上級レベル（最低C1）で話せること。英語は中級レベル（最低B2） ゲームに関する深い知識を持ち、ビデオゲーム全般が好きであること。 PS4、PS5、Xbox One、Xbox Series X、Nintendo Switch、または最新のゲーミングPC/ノートパソコンを所有していること。 学習が早く、自発的に行動でき、トラブルシューティングが得意であること。 自宅内に専用の静かな作業スペースがあること。 （任意）カスタマーサポートの経験があると尚更可
