The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payment application. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting Cube Care’s financial accuracy and reporting.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and financial data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process Customer and Vendor invoices.
Track payements and follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections
Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting:
Providing financial data and analysis to help management make informed decisions
Requirements
- ·4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- ·Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- ·Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- ·Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems)
- ·Strong attention to detail and accuracy
