About the role

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

As a product marketer at Vanta, you’ll help bring this vision to life by defining the new category of trust management, shaping Vanta’s positioning and differentiators externally, and influencing our product and business roadmap. We sit at the intersection of Marketing & Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and Customer Success and revel in connecting all of these teams to drive the business forward. Research, analysis, curiosity, storytelling, and project management are just a few of the attributes of our team – in addition to being open, empathetic, and genuinely nice people.

As the EMEA Product Marketing lead, you will be responsible for bringing Vanta’s story to the EMEA audience to help us drive sustainable growth in the market. You’ll craft compelling messaging that’s tailored to the region, based on insights from buyer and market research. You’ll lead product launches to help amplify Vanta’s presence in the region, and partner closely with our product management team to identify growth opportunities for us to continue building our product. Finally, you’ll partner closely with our GTM organisation to expand Vanta’s footprint and accelerate our growth.

What you’ll do as a Product Marketing Lead at Vanta:

Define and manage go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Vanta’s business in EMEA tailored to the unique opportunities across the EMEA region

Develop tailored messaging and positioning for EMEA based on market research and customer insights

Partner with our EMEA growth team on the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including tailored messaging and content that effectively engage local audiences and drive business objectives

Plan and execute large product launches (including GTM enablement of sales and customer success), report back on performance, and optimize our launch processes for scale

Author compelling content for each stage of the customer journey, from blog posts to sales collateral

Talk regularly to Vanta’s customers, analyze your own data, and understand our competitive landscape to help shape the product strategy and roadmap and inform Vanta’s overall EMEA marketing strategy

Partner closely with the EMEA team at Vanta – including demand gen, sales, customer success, and product—to help achieve our objectives in the market

Refine Vanta’s pricing and packaging based on deep insights around the market, our product value, and customer needs in partnership with finance, operations, product, sales, and customer success

Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver
