About the role

We’re looking for a talented and highly experienced Senior Match-3 Designer (internally Game Designer) to join our lovely and ambitious game team and help craft fun, rewarding and memorable puzzle experiences for our cozy mobile game.

You’ll own the overall match-3 gameplay experience, helping to define how the puzzle game feels to play while delivering best-in-class levels that strike the right balance of challenge, progression and delight. You’ll use player feedback, analytics and playtesting to refine gameplay, experiment with new ideas and shape the ongoing evolution of the game’s core puzzle experience.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll also help shape our level production strategy, driving quality with both internal development and external partners while contributing to the long-term direction of the game.
