About the role

About us

Our mission is to reinvent the way people learn, starting with language.

Learning a language can change a life by opening doors to new cultures, careers, and communities. Two billion people around the world are actively trying to learn a language, but the best way to learn (one-on-one tutoring) is hard to access at scale and hasn’t been meaningfully improved in decades. Speak is building a human-level, AI-powered tutor in your pocket: a conversation-first experience that lets learners actually speak, get instant feedback, and progress through carefully designed lessons. The result is a complete path from beginner to confident speaker across multiple languages.

Speak first launched in South Korea in 2019, where Speak has now become the number one language learning app, and we now serve learners across many markets and 15+ languages. Speak is one of the world’s leading AI companies, with over $150m raised in venture investment from OpenAI, Accel, Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and more, with a distributed team across San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana.

About This Role

Speak for Business is expanding across markets, and digital demand generation is one of the engines that will carry that growth. As our global B2B Growth Marketer , you'll own that engine end to end: turning our sales content and customer stories into measurable MQL, SQL, and qualified-pipeline growth, and building the paid acquisition, tracking, experimentation, localization, and reporting systems that make it repeatable.

Based in Seoul, you'll start by proving a Korea playbook, building a predictable engine from the right channels and landing pages, then extend what works to other markets across APAC and beyond, including LATAM, US, and EMEA. Day to day, you'll be hands-on in LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Naver, and more to set up and run QA campaigns in HubSpot, run experiments on audiences and targeting, and work closely with Sales, Content, Design, and local teams. You'll be the dedicated owner of B2B demand generation, with clear processes rather than borrowed capacity.

What you'll be doing

Own qualified pipeline from paid digital channels: grow MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline quarter over quarter against market- and channel-level targets set with Sales and the B2B Marketing Lead, also based in Korea.

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Naver, and other relevant channels, shifting budget based on lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and payback.

Build a predictable Korea demand-generation playbook, then document what works and extend it to other markets (Japan, Taiwan, greater APAC, LATAM, US, and EMEA).

Build full-funnel visibility from source to pipeline by campaign, content, market, stage, and channel, and keep the data trustworthy through attribution and QA.

Drive an experimentation roadmap across audiences, accounts, and persona targeting to lower CPL and improve downstream conversion.

Partner with Content, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to turn case studies, webinars, research, whitepapers, and customer stories into high-performing paid and nurture programs.

What we're looking for

4-7 years building and optimizing paid B2B demand-generation programs in a sales-led funnel, with direct accountability for qualified pipeline rather than traffic alone

Hands-on execution in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant local platforms with strong search and retargeting fundamentals

Experience configuring and QA'ing forms, UTMs, pixels, tags, marketing-automation workflows, and campaign reporting (using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce)

Analytical rigor to diagnose channel performance, design valid tests, separate real signal from attribution noise, and make budget calls based on downstream conversion

Experience launching localized programs across multiple markets, balancing central standards with local language and cultural norms

Comfortable being the hands-on operator: you build missing processes and own outcomes end to end

Fluency in Korean and business-level English; communicating with the global team at Speak on a daily level, especially in written form, should not be a blocker

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, L&D, or ed tech
