About the role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. This is a hands-on role working closely with clients and internal teams, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.

What you’ll be doing

Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products

Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success

Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents

Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities

Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables

Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology

Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground

What you’ll need

4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, Forward Deployed Engineer) with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external.

2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
