About the role
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients’ lives. This role sits at the heart of our mission; your work will directly impact thousands of people by helping them access the care they need and stay with it long enough to truly get better.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
Proven track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas and building at scale to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional influence: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences and senior leadership.
Strong quantitative fluency: experienced in running A/B tests at scale, partnering with data scientists on experiment design, and using causal analysis to evaluate results.
Preferred Qualifications
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics.
