Remote flexibility
Undisclosed
The listing is advertised as remote but does not state which countries or regions candidates may work from.
Why this role is Undisclosed
We only label a role Work from anywhere, Region restricted or Work from home when the employer's own wording says so. We checked this advert under our current rules and found no country or region eligibility requirement in it. We don't guess, so it stays Undisclosed until the employer publishes enough location information. Here is exactly what the advert left out.
- Countries you can work from: Not stated. The advert only gives "Remote", which names no country you must live in.
- Whether the work is remote: Never mentioned. The role reached us through a remote job board, but the advert itself doesn't say the work is remote.
- Working hours: Not stated. No timezone overlap or set hours are mentioned, so assume nothing either way.
Worth a look all the same. Missing wording is usually a rushed job posting rather than a closed door, so ask where you can be based in your first message, before you write a tailored application.
What the employer says
- Source listing states candidate location: "Remote"
What Nomaders makes of it
- No residency or region requirement found in the job description
- Check with the employer before assuming you can work from abroad
The quotes above are the employer's own words; the reading is ours. Always check the original listing and employment terms before working from another country.

Job Description
Growth at Recraft runs on creative that's tested, not guessed at. We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can take that on as their own: reading what's working, turning that into the next round of ads, and shipping creative that holds up on Meta, Google, and TikTok. For the right person, this is a chance to build the performance creative function at Recraft from the ground up, with Recraft Studio itself as your day-to-day production tool.
Key Responsibilities
Produce paid ad creative — static, motion, and UGC-style edits — for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the results, and iterate on winners.
Translate performance data (hook rate, CTR) into the next round of creative yourself, rather than waiting for a brief.
Use Recraft Studio as your primary production tool, and feed what you learn back to the product team building it.
Keep the ad creative brandbook consistent while adapting tone by placement and audience.
Who You'll Work With
You'll join the Marketing team and work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Creative and product teams. This is a role built around bringing your own ideas to the table, not just executing against a detailed brief.
Requirements
3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative.
A portfolio of ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why.
Comfortable with both static and motion work: Figma or Photoshop, plus After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
Strong understanding of ad anatomy — hooks, the first three seconds, text hierarchy, platform specs, and policy limits.
Hands-on experience using AI image or video tools in a real production workflow.
Nice to Have
Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or dev tools (Canva, Picsart, Photoroom, Figma-adjacent products).
Vector or 3D skills — a real differentiator given Recraft's vector and brand-style capabilities.
Requirements
- ·3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative.
- ·A portfolio of ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why.
- ·Comfortable with both static and motion work: Figma or Photoshop, plus After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
- ·Strong understanding of ad anatomy — hooks, the first three seconds, text hierarchy, platform specs, and policy limits.
- ·Hands-on experience using AI image or video tools in a real production workflow.
Benefits
- ·A full-time contractor engagement, fully remote, with compensation that matches the seniority and ownership this role carries.
- ·Real ownership of the testing pipeline — from hypothesis to shipped ad to the next iteration, not just execution against someone else's brief.
- ·A product built on AI image and video generation, growing fast, where your creative work has a direct, measurable line to company results.
- ·The chance to be the first person to define what performance creative looks like at Recraft — your test results become the playbook everyone after you works from.
- ·Direct collaboration with our Performance Marketing, UA, Creative, and product teams.
