You'll be the trusted voice on sensitive comp calls and the architect of the frameworks that support Qonto's long-term growth, working closely with Jean-Raphaël Demol , Comp & Ben Director, your future manager.

Advise on high-stakes comp calls: Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers on benchmarks and guidance for hiring offers, promotions, retention cases and off-cycle reviews.
Turn data into decisions: Combine market data, internal equity and business context into clear, defensible recommendations.
Own the cycles that matter: Run salary review cycles, policy updates and compliance monitoring end-to-end.
Build frameworks that scale: Design global grading, leveling, salary ranges and pay transparency for Qonto's next phase of growth.
Strengthen governance: Sharpen decision rules, data quality and self-service resources with People, Finance, Legal and HRIS.
