Join us as a Fraud Analyst to detect and prevent fraud and protect Qonto’s French market customers from scams. You’ll join our specialised Fraud team of about 7 people, where your work protects customers and Qonto from fraud-related risks and supports compliance as we grow. You’ll report to Anamaria Codorean-Termure , our Senior Team Lead Fraud.

➡️ What you’ll do

Monitor transactions: You’ll analyse transactions to detect fraud patterns, focusing on scams, phishing and account takeover.

Investigate and prevent: You’ll independently investigate complex fraud cases and put preventive measures in place across financing and payment products.

Assess risk early: You’ll run risk assessments on new products and features and keep onboarding fraud prevention robust.

Own projects: You’ll own medium-scale projects end to end, in line with the objectives set by your Lead.

Strengthen detection with Risk and Security: You’ll work with both teams to improve fraud detection and align strategies.

Clear communication: You’re confident talking with customers and counterparties, including in sensitive situations.

Languages: You’re fluent in English and French, and Portuguese is a plus.
