👪 Team and context

You’ll work within a DevOps team currently composed of 4 engineers, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

You’ll collaborate closely with 300+ engineers to define and elevate performance, reliability and observability standards across the organization.

You’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary product teams (Frontend & Backend), working closely with another DevOps Engineer and an Application Security Engineer.

This is a high-impact role : you’re joining early and will help shape how reliability works at scale.

·Working with cloud environments (we use AWS).
·Building and evolving observability and monitoring systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar).
·Scaling production systems and web applications, including asynchronous job systems.
·Operating in high-growth or product-led environments.
·Influencing engineering teams and driving reliability practices at scale.
