To support this growth, we’re looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT Projects team, own our internal IT platforms and drive the projects that will help Pennylane scale successfully.
Reporting to the IT Team Lead , you’ll play a key role in continuously improving our internal IT environment and delivering a great employee experience across the company.
How will you contribute?
You’ll lead the IT Projects team and be responsible for the evolution of Pennylane’s internal IT environment.
Your role combines people management, internal platform ownership, cross-functional project management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ·Strong hands-on experience with SaaS administration tools such as Google Workspace , Jamf , Slack , Notion , Okta , and Cloudflare Zero Trust .
- ·Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including SSO and SCIM .
- ·Comfortable working in Apple/macOS environments.
- ·Good understanding of IT security, access governance, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 .
- ·Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption practices.
