Key Responsibilities

Seed Deal Sourcing: Proactively scout digital communities, developer ecosystems, and on-chain metrics to discover and engage high-velocity early-stage ventures before they hit the mainstream.

Due Diligence: Coordinate and execute end-to-end due diligence processes, stress-testing a project’s technology, market fit, tokenomics, and team capabilities.

Financial Analysis: Run rigorous, cold, and calculated breakdowns of market sizes, revenue models, financial projections, and economic incentive structures using hard logic rather than hype.

Investment Memos: Author clear, data-backed synthesis documents and investment memos that translate complex technical data into actionable deployment decisions for the executive committee.

Founder Meetings: Lead initial discovery calls and deep-dive evaluation meetings with elite operators, assessing their grit, product judgment, and technical execution.

Portfolio Support: Step into the trenches with active portfolio companies, providing operational support, tracking data dashboards, and connecting them with our internal resources to accelerate growth.

The Requirements

The "Eye" for Detail: An innate ability to spot structural market shifts and elite execution before they are obvious. You notice the subtle signals and community momentum that point to a winning model.

Analytical Rigor: You love numbers and raw data. You are entirely comfortable breaking down a complex business model or a protocol's transaction flows using hard logic.

Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. Markets shift fast and founders operate around the clock. You must be available 7 days a week to lock down opportunities, support portfolio needs, and keep deployment timelines moving.

Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid, native understanding of the Web3 landscape. You are highly familiar with decentralized infrastructure, smart contract risks, and the unique psychology of digital asset communities.

Remote Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a massive matrix of active deal flows, data sheets, and founder threads without a single detail slipping through the cracks.

Operational Details

Location: Fully Remote.

Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time market shifts and global founder coordination).
