Business Analysts at Nubank As a company at the forefront of the financial revolution in Latin America, Nubank has experienced exponential growth since its inception. To keep that growth healthy and people-centered, we constantly need to make critical, data-informed decisions — and Business Analysts are at the heart of that process. BAs work collaboratively across teams to structure and analyze data, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into real improvements in our customers' experience. You'll have the support of a highly qualified, diverse team, and plenty of room to grow. We're looking for people who are curious, proactive, and energized by solving complex problems — not necessarily those with all the answers, but those who know how to find them. Do investigative work focused on deciding which data makes the most sense to use in each situation — and when the data isn't there yet, design the right tests or approaches to get it

Work closely with your team to support data-based decisions, ensuring project flow and making the process of taking calculated risks comfortable despite uncertainties

Work with large volumes of data to build a solid foundation for decision-making — knowing that not all answers are in the data, and that's okay

Use tools like SQL, Python, and Scala for data extraction and analysis — no prior experience needed, we teach these in your first weeks

Understand our products and how they interact with other areas of the business

Learn continuously from a well-prepared and highly qualified team

Work in a complex, dynamic, and diverse environment on projects that will impact a large number of customers

What we're looking for:

Analytical capacity: comfort with numbers and calculations, and the ability to solve problems methodically

Business basics: understanding the dynamics between risks and opportunities, and how business and technical areas (products/engineering) interact

Problem solving: creativity and practicality in finding solutions to day-to-day challenges

Awareness of how your decisions and work impact our customers' experience, seeking results that align with our purpose

Willingness to learn, especially when it comes to new tools — no coding experience required before joining

Openness to receive feedback and incorporate it into your development
