Main Responsibilities

Setup, manage & optimize campaigns on Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat & X);

Be a core cog in our creative pipeline. Brief UGC creators, suggest new concepts and request edits to performance-focused videos, and watch your creative decisions drive serious revenue growth;

Make sure that results are in line with KPIs, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our results;

Always have an eye on competitor and non-competitor advertising activities and keep a pulse on the latest trends in the social media advertising industry;

Embrace data-driven insights to make informed decisions, build better strategies, and share expertise on the best approaches for creatives;

Develop audience strategies leveraging tools like GA4, Meta & TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad platforms;

Maintain budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within allocated spend.

Core Requirements

Strong expertise in managing Paid Social channels, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat & X;

Proven experience in creating and implementing successful campaign strategies;

Can analyse performance data and translate insights into winning creative briefs;

Excellent analytical and organizational skills to monitor campaign execution and ensure accuracy;

The data-driven mindset with the ability to set up dashboards and use the latest analytics tools to track and optimize performance;

Ability to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table;

Solid background in B2C marketing;

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills;

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
