About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level AI E-Commerce Content & Automation Specialist who can combine e-commerce content, AI-powered creative production, customer-service technology, and workflow automation. The role will focus on using tools such as Make.com , Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google AI Studio/Gemini, and similar platforms to improve and automate business workflows. The role will support Amazon and Walmart operations, including light marketplace tasks and coordination with outside specialists handling marketplace strategy, A+ Content, PPC, and advanced optimization. Amazon/Walmart familiarity is helpful but not required at an expert level.

The role will also support AI-generated product imagery and video, Zendesk and AI customer-service initiatives, and the development of practical AI-powered workflows and agents. This is a long-term opportunity for a practical, mid-level implementer who is curious about furniture, home products, interior environments, or product design and wants to continuously learn, document, and improve business processes.

Role Priorities:

Responsibilities

1. AI Workflow Automation & Practical AI Agents - 45%

Build, test, deploy, document and maintain business workflow automations using Make.com and Microsoft Power Automate as preferred platforms; n8n, Zapier or comparable platforms are also relevant.

Translate Chromcraft SOPs and management requirements into working automated processes.

Integrate approved AI tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google AI Studio/Gemini, Claude or similar systems into business workflows.

Build practical internal AI agents and assistants for repetitive business tasks, research, routing, summarization, reporting and internal decision support.

Design workflows with appropriate human-approval checkpoints for sensitive actions.

Test for data-quality issues, exceptions, AI hallucinations, failed steps, duplicated actions and other operational risks.

Create clear documentation for every production workflow, including purpose, trigger, inputs, logic, outputs, approvals, failure handling and ownership.

Maintain and improve existing workflows as Chromcraft's business requirements change.

Work with NEXT or other technical specialists when complex ERP/API development is required; this role does not need to independently build complex custom APIs.

2. Zendesk & AI Customer Service Systems - 30%

Participate directly in Chromcraft's Zendesk implementation and ongoing administration.

Configure and maintain knowledge-base content, macros, triggers, routing rules, automations, forms and AI-assisted customer-service workflows.

Help implement, test and improve Zendesk AI / AI-agent functionality for consumers, dealers and sales representatives.
