We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Supply to be part of our Ecosystem product organization.

The team:

Materials are one of the largest costs in a home service business. We're helping home service businesses manage this side of their work, connecting the supply chain directly into Jobber so service pros can find, price, and manage materials as part of their everyday workflows.

The role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to connect a whole new part of the ecosystem into Jobber, solving problems for service providers at every step of their workflow. From the plumber who needs to know a quote will actually be profitable, to the contractor who needs parts to show up on time to keep a job on track..

In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind Jobber Supply. You’ll work across a genuinely broad product surface: supplier catalog integrations, real-time and account-specific pricing, materials and cost management, and purchase orders. You’ll be doing it while sitting alongside Business Development in live supplier partnership cycles, technical evaluations, and roadmap conversations with some of the largest supply partners in North America.

You'll identify where material workflows break down for service pros today, where the gap between what a job was quoted at and what it actually cost erodes their margins, and where the biggest opportunities are to make Jobber the obvious place where materials and everyday workflows come together to make their business more profitable.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is deeply customer-curious, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in zero-to-one territory. Someone who can lead supplier partnership conversations, build internal influence, work through data models with engineers, and see how everything flows across the end-to-end workflow without losing the thread. As Senior Product Manager you will:

Build a deep understanding of our customers: home service businesses (such as plumbing companies, landscapers, electricians etc.) and how they source, price, order, and track the materials that power their jobs.

Drive complex, business-critical Supply product initiatives. Define a vision, strategy, and roadmap that spans supplier catalogs, materials management, and job costing.

Prioritize opportunities into a cohesive product roadmap that ties customer needs and supplier partners with Jobber’s business goals and competitive landscape.

Synthesize learnings across the material ecosystem into common denominator product investments,

Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets that span across workflows.

Partner closely with other departments across the company (e.g. Business Development, Sales, Success, Product Marketing, and more) to launch and scale new ideas.

Define and monitor key product metrics across discovery, adoption, revenue, and engagement to track the success of your bets, stepping in when things are not tracking with business goals.

Engage and cultivate relationships with service pros and supplier partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs. Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

To be successful, you should have:

5+ years of product management experience, with evidence of shipping real things and seeing them through to long-term outcomes.

Experience taking a new product or product area from zero to one: shaping strategy amid ambiguity, validating with customers, and earning adoption.

A track record of influencing roadmap decisions across teams you don’t own, using customer evidence and business cases rather than authority.

Experience building on or integrating with external platforms and partners: catalogs, APIs, commerce, or marketplace-style products.
