Your day-to-day responsibilities
Design, operate, and evolve core platform components including Kubernetes, ingress, service mesh, and secrets management
Build and maintain reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform across AWS and on-prem environments
Define and implement observability standards, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting
Partner with product teams to guide platform adoption and enable scalable, platform-aligned architectures
Automate platform lifecycle processes including provisioning, upgrades, and scaling
Improve platform reliability, performance, and security through continuous iteration
Support and mentor engineers on best practices in Kubernetes, networking, identity, and observability
Reduce operational overhead through tooling, automation, and improved platform abstractions

- ·Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively in English
- ·Experience with Rancher, Istio, External Secrets, or Vault
- ·Experience operating in restricted or air-gapped environments
- ·Experience with identity systems such as FusionAuth or SSO integrations
- ·Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments
