Your day-to-day responsibilities
Lead and develop a 24/7 satellite operations team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and strong team culture
Oversee nominal and non-nominal spacecraft operations, including telemetry monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident handling
Ensure operational readiness across shifts, including planning, workload balancing, and peak mission support
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and mission teams

Proven experience leading teams in spacecraft or mission-critical operations environments
Strong understanding of spacecraft operations, including telemetry monitoring, anomaly handling, and operational procedures
