Serving as an IT On-Site Support specialist, you will deliver direct, hands-on assistance to keep local team operations running smoothly. Working alongside a global IT team, you will manage local and global requests and route complex escalations to the appropriate team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
Provide responsive, friendly first-line desktop and hands-on IT support for local and global staff across macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations.
Manage local mobile phone subscriptions.
Set up, deploy, and physically maintain laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and meeting room AV equipment.
Support basic day-to-day hardware maintenance, workstation setups, and physical network patching on the manufacturing floor.
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding by imaging laptops and provisioning standard accounts using checklists.
Triage, resolve, and document local support tickets within Jira Service Management, escalating complex network or infrastructure issues to senior specialists.
Maintain accurate local hardware inventory, track asset movement, and help keep site IT documentation up to date.
