Your day-to-day
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Hostinger's core product areas.
Own product outcomes and business results, balancing customer value with company objectives.
Build, lead, and develop high-performing product teams, fostering ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Prioritize opportunities based on customer insights, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive fast experimentation, validate assumptions through data, and make informed product decisions.
Requirements
- ·Strong understanding of product metrics and experimentation frameworks.
- ·Technical background or experience working closely with engineering organizations.
- ·Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
