Measuring Marketing Impact - we want to understand what happens after users receive communication - do they open it, visit our self-service panel or even make a purchase? Maybe an A/B test would help? Your input will help us improve marketing strategies and drive revenue, retention and other important metrics.

Churn & Retention Analysis - diving deep into why our users stay or leave. This project involves creating dashboards, testing hypotheses about user behavior, segmentation and pricing sensitivity, as well as running A/B tests - all with the goal to improve retention.

Improving Customer Success (CS) - by analyzing customer behaviour and patterns, you'll help us identify common issues, improve onboarding, refine our AI-powered chatbot and define what makes a successful CS conversation, shaping (and hopefully improving!) our customer experience.
