About the role

Join the team building an AI-first company 🚀

Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.

AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.

If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.

Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles .

Your role at Hostinger

As Community Growth Lead, you’ll own how Hostinger earns the attention, trust, and loyalty of tech-savvy audiences: developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers who build on infrastructure. You’ll focus on our technical products, including MicroVM, VPS, AI Router, GPU, and Computer for Agents.

Your job is to unlock the full potential of this audience, through community forums and webinars, but also through storytelling, upper-funnel initiatives, and everything else that matters to a technical crowd.

You’ll sit in the Product Marketing team and work closely with Product and teams across Marketing, from Brand and Creatives to any function that helps you reach technical audiences.

This is a build-from-scratch role. You’ll develop our approach to technical audiences and turn it into a playbook the wider team can use.

Your day-to-day

Build and run the strategy for reaching technical audiences. Create and execute the plan for reaching developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers beyond our current acquisition tactics. Choose the channels and formats worth investing in, curate what works, and drop what doesn’t. Start with priority markets such as Brazil and the US.

Tell Hostinger’s story to technical audiences. Build the narrative that makes developers choose and recommend Hostinger, and bring it to life across every developer-focused channel, from content and demos to communities, events, and launches with Product Marketing.

Run upper-funnel campaigns for technical audiences. Plan and launch awareness campaigns that speak to developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers in their own language and on the channels they already use.

Unlock user-generated communities. Grow Hostinger’s presence and advocacy in the spaces where technical audiences already gather, such as relevant subreddits, Discord servers, and X, and encourage users to share, help each other, and recommend us.

Show up live for technical audiences. Host recurring webinars and workshops, and represent Hostinger at developer events and meetups, bringing what you learn back to the team.

Lead content for technical audiences with cross-functional teams. Work with Creatives, PR, and Content to turn what you learn from the community into tutorials, demos, showcases, and user stories, and spotlight community projects that inspire others.

Develop champions and partnerships. Identify and support power users, ambassadors, local creators, and developer groups who can amplify the community.

Measure impact on product growth. Define how community, storytelling, and campaigns contribute to the growth of our technical products. Run experiments, combine quantitative and qualitative signals, and scale the approaches that work.

What will help you succeed

4+ years growing technical audiences in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or developer tools.

Knowledge of how developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers discover, evaluate, and choose tools, and what earns their trust.

Genuine curiosity about everything happening in the IT world, from new tools and trends to the conversations shaping developer communities, and the habit of following it closely.
