Our team is at the center of solving impactful problems for millions of members and the clients, partners, and operators who help deliver their care.

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Hinge Health’s enterprise products, with a focus on B2B web applications that support internal operations and client-facing self-service. You’ll design experiences across products such as Ops Hub and ClientHub, as well as the workflows, integrations, and applied AI capabilities that help clients, partners, and Hinge Health operators complete tasks more efficiently. Your work will reduce manual effort, improve response times, standardize outcomes, and make complex operational processes easier to understand and use.

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable solutions from concept to execution. You’ll lead through ambiguity, connect user needs with business outcomes, and bring strong craft across research, interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, and prototyping. You’ll also help establish the design direction for enterprise experiences that improve self-service task completion, increase automation coverage, and support client retention.

We’re looking for designers who excel at simplifying complex challenges, care deeply about the quality of their work, have a strong track record of shipping impactful experiences, bring a growth mindset, and are excited to explore how AI can improve enterprise workflows. This is a high-impact role at an especially exciting time in Hinge Health’s journey, as we build the next generation of intelligent tools and experiences for our clients, partners, and internal teams.
