About the role

BDR Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a BDR Team Lead to join our Commercial Operations team. This role will serve as a hands-on leader for the BDR team, with primary responsibility for day-to-day coaching, BDR development, workflow refinement, and performance support. The Team Lead will partner closely with BDRs, Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, marketing, and business development leadership to improve execution consistency, pipeline quality, and team effectiveness.

This role carries both a small personal quota and a team quota, but the emphasis is on coaching and enabling others to perform at a high level. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and communicator who can reinforce process discipline, improve outreach quality, support onboarding and ramp, and help the team generate stronger results over time. This is a salary + commission role.

This is a fully remote opportunity within the US.
