Remote flexibility
Undisclosed
The listing is advertised as remote but does not state which countries or regions candidates may work from.
Why this role is Undisclosed
We only label a role Work from anywhere, Region restricted or Work from home when the employer's own wording says so. We checked this advert under our current rules and found no country or region eligibility requirement in it. We don't guess, so it stays Undisclosed until the employer publishes enough location information. Here is exactly what the advert left out.
- Countries you can work from: Not stated. The advert only gives "Remote", which names no country you must live in.
- Whether the work is remote: Confirmed by the employer: "This role is fully remote."
- Working hours: Not stated. No timezone overlap or set hours are mentioned, so assume nothing either way.
Worth a look all the same. Missing wording is usually a rushed job posting rather than a closed door, so ask where you can be based in your first message, before you write a tailored application.
What the employer says
- Source listing states candidate location: "Remote"
What Nomaders makes of it
- No residency or region requirement found in the job description
- Check with the employer before assuming you can work from abroad
The quotes above are the employer's own words; the reading is ours. Always check the original listing and employment terms before working from another country.
About the role
About Us:
Grow was born to tackle a critical challenge: making mental health care more effective and accessible for everyone. Since launching in 2020, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, and we've barely scratched the surface. We do it through a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Every solution we build reveals ten more waiting to be delivered, and that's just what gets us going. We've backed that ambition with more than $328M in funding, including our Series D at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
At Grow, the work you do can literally change someone's life. Your work here doesn't stay on a screen; it impacts whether someone can find, afford, and access quality care. That ambition sets us apart, and offers you an endless runway to impact one of the world's most urgent issues. We don’t have passenger seats here. Everyone is driving something that matters.
This work deserves real commitment. So if you thrive on meeting problems head on, untangling serious complexity, and working at pace with the sharpest yet kindest people around, you've come to the right place.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Provider Recruitment Manager to help us scale our PGA model, primarily focused on our Inbound motion. You'll manage a pod of 8+ Provider Growth Associates (PGAs), coaching them to convert interested providers into engaged, active members of our network. You'll be part of a team of 30+ PGAs organized across manager pods, reporting directly to the Director of Provider Recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage a team of 8+ PGAs, running weekly metrics-driven 1:1s and hands-on coaching and training to develop skills and close performance gaps
Hold a high performance bar for your team - proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement, both within your team and across the broader department
Support org-wide communications, serving as a critical layer in communicating change and driving implementation across the team
Lead organization-wide strategic projects that impact the broader Recruitment org (AI enablement, workflow redesigns, communication improvements)
Build connection and engagement across a fully remote team - creating rhythms and touch points that keep your team aligned, motivated, and collaborative despite the distance
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You:
Proven leadership experience - you have 1+ years of experience managing and developing a high-performing recruitment, sales development, or transactional sales team, backed by 5+ overall years in a recruitment, sales, or client-facing function
Move with urgency without cutting corners - you're responsive, decisive and move fast rather than chasing perfect, but you never sacrifice the small details that matter; balancing both is what separates good from great
Data-driven, AI-fluent - you bring data to the table to tell a story, not just report numbers, rooting decisions in fact over feeling; you actively use AI to analyze data, orchestrate workflows, and spot coaching opportunities in your team's calls and metrics, working smarter and more efficiently every day
Think creatively and stay open-minded - you don't assume the way you did it before is the way to do it here; you bring strong opinions but hold them loosely and collaborate to find what actually works
Get in the trenches with your team - you'll jump on calls, help draft emails, get deep into systems, and roll up your sleeves alongside your PGAs every day, not just coach from the sidelines
Lead with empathy - you genuinely care about your team members as people, not just as numbers on a dashboard
Employment Type: Fulltime, Exempt Base Compensation: The annual compensation for this role is:
Fully Remote Commitment: $114,000-$136,000 base salary + up to $20,000 in variable compensation
This role is fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
