About project

Our product is an AI model orchestrator that brings dozens of AI models into one simple interface with a single token balance - no need for multiple subscriptions or separate tools.

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to build and own the UA function from the ground up. You’ll have a lot of freedom to shape the strategy, test new approaches, build scalable acquisition processes, and directly influence the product’s growth.

And this is not just another UA role - you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Lead position and build the direction around yourself.

Responsibilities

Own the User Acquisition process end-to-end, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.

Analyze campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis and use data to identify growth opportunities and define clear rules for campaign optimization.

Develop creative ideas and work closely with the team to turn them into performance-driven concepts.

Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.

Lead brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses across creatives, funnels, and ad campaigns.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in paid acquisition within product companies

Strong hands-on experience with AppLovin and Meta Ads

Expertise in both web and mobile acquisition

Experience with AI-powered automation tools, such as Birch

Hands-on experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust)

Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and data-driven decision-making

Requirements
