Responsibilities:
Own funnel optimization across traffic sources
Analyze CR by stage (Start → Paywall → Checkout → Purchase)
Run monetization experiments (upsell, pricing, cancel flows)
Align product experience with marketing promises
Launch and validate new funnels
Work on LTV growth initiatives
Collaborate with dev & QA on implementation
Work with localized funnels
Support email & retargeting flows from the product side
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth hypotheses
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization
Strong analytical thinking
Understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economy
Experience working with paid traffic products
Experience running A/B tests
