Identify adoption gaps and design programs to improve usage and engagement
2. Go-to-Market & Lifecycle Programs
Lead and support product launches but go beyond them into ongoing lifecycle and growth programs
Build and execute initiatives across:
Acquisition (messaging, packaging, GTM)
Activation (onboarding, first value)
Requirements
- ·Core Capabilities
- ·Strong product and strategic thinking. You can connect product, market, and customer needs
- ·Excellent messaging and storytelling skills (you can write and create, not just brief others)

Benefits
- ·Hybrid work model – we are based in Toronto with in-office days for connection and collaboration
