Requirements
- ·You’ve scaled CRM before: you can show significant improvements you personally drove in revenue, conversion, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation, or LTV, with real numbers
- ·You understand consumer growth: you’ve worked in a high-volume B2C subscription business, where CRM had a direct effect on revenue
- ·You think like a builder: you do not stop at recommendations; you can personally create segments, journeys, experiments, campaign logic, and performance analysis
- ·You know how to find and prove what works: you can turn user behavior into ideas and use testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality to validate the results
- ·You move quickly and take ownership: you are comfortable building without a finished playbook, deciding what matters most, and creating momentum without waiting for perfect information
