About the role
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in Italy. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
As our first marketing hire in Italy, your work will shape how Italian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
What you'll do
Requirements
- ·5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- ·Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- ·Deep knowledge of the Italian market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- ·Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
