About The Role

ElevenLabs is looking for our first Sports Specialist to lead the commercial adoption of our AI audio products across the sports industry. This highly strategic, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and sports.

We’re looking for someone who combines deep expertise in the sports ecosystem with a strong enterprise sales background. You will become the go-to expert for sports use cases, partnering closely with Account Executives to help customers understand how AI can transform content creation, localization, fan engagement, accessibility, and live and on-demand experiences.

This is not a quota-carrying role. Instead, your success will be measured by driving product adoption, enabling the sales organization, influencing product direction through customer feedback, and helping close strategic opportunities where sports expertise is essential.

Requirements

·7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
·Proven experience selling into or working with sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, streaming platforms, rights holders, agencies, or sports technology companies.
·Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem, including content and production workflows, media rights, fan engagement, partnerships, and digital distribution.
·Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
·Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting to both business and technical stakeholders.
