Doctolib sucht Dich  ab sofort als Praktikant:in oder Werkstudent:in im Partnerships und Prozessmanagement für unseren Standort in Berlin .

Das Partnerships Team hat das Ziel, die Doctolib Lösungen über Kooperationspartner bei Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen zu platzieren. Dies kann sowohl über Vertriebs- als auch über Produktpartnerschaften erfolgen. Dafür entwickeln wir ein skalierbares Partnerschaftsprogramm, um Vertriebspartner:innen nachhaltig für Doctolib zu begeistern und gemeinsam zu wachsen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Praktikant:in oder Werkstudent:in unterstützt Du uns dabei in folgenden Aufgabenbereichen:

Du stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse zur Implementierung und laufenden Betreuung der Partnerschaften umgesetzt werden - auch abteilungsübergreifend (Absprachen mit Legal, Sales, B2B Marketing, etc.)

Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau effizienter Reportingstrukturen und skalierbarer Prozesse innerhalb des Partnership Managements (z.B. Automatisierung der Partnerkommunikation)

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Partnerships Manager:innen zusammen und unterstützt sie bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit

Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren aktuellen und potentiellen Partner:innen und trägst zur Gewinnung neuer Partnerschaften und Kooperationen bei

Während Deiner Tätigkeit bei uns wirst Du lernen:

Wie ein modernes, skalierbares Partnerschaftsprogramm in einem schnell wachsenden HealthTech-Unternehmen aufgebaut und gesteuert wird – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

Du hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld und Interesse an Themen rund um Digitalisierung und Gesundheitswesen und stehst für ein 6-monatiges Praktikum zur Verfügung

Du bist hoch motiviert, Dich proaktiv mit einzubringen und eigenverantwortlich am Aufbau und der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen mitzuarbeiten

Du hast eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, denkst analytisch und arbeitest gerne detail- und zahlenorientiert

Du verfügst über eine hervorragende Ausdrucksweise sowie fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Besonders interessant sind für uns außerdem:

Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Excel und/oder anderen CRM Systemen

Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb / Business Development oder ähnlichen Tätigkeiten sammeln
