🚀 The Adventure Ahead
As a Deal Desk Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting Docebo's North American Sales and Account Management teams throughout the deal lifecycle. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to review and structure deals, ensure pricing and commercial terms are accurate, and help move opportunities through the approval and contracting process.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, navigating processes, and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Renewals Management , you'll help ensure our deals are accurate, compliant with company policies, and able to move efficiently from proposal to signature.s.
📅 The Day-to-Day
Manage Deal Desk requests: Own the day-to-day Deal Desk workflow for North America, supporting Sales and Account Management teams from initial request through final approval.
Review pricing and deal structure: Review quotes, pricing, discounts, and deal structures to ensure accuracy and alignment with Docebo's commercial policies.
Navigate approvals: Help Sales teams understand approval requirements and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to keep deals moving.
Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve questions and address non-standard pricing, terms, and contract requests.
Ensure accuracy: Review orders and deal documentation for completeness and accuracy before they move forward.
Support renewals: Partner with the Renewals team on pricing, commercial terms, and approval requirements for customer renewals.
Maintain documentation: Keep playbooks, templates, pricing resources, and process documentation accurate and up to date.
Improve processes: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve the overall Deal Desk experience.
Be a trusted partner: Build strong relationships with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders while providing timely, practical guidance on deal-related questions.
⚡ Your Superpowers
Relevant experience: 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or a related function. SaaS experience is a plus.
Analytical mindset: You're comfortable working with numbers, reviewing pricing and deal structures, and identifying discrepancies or potential risks.
Strong attention to detail: You take pride in accurate work and can manage multiple requests without losing sight of the details.
Problem-solving skills: You enjoy navigating ambiguous situations, researching answers, and finding practical solutions.
Cross-functional communication: You're comfortable partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations and can clearly communicate requirements and decisions.
