Collaborate and drive alignment with execs, business operations leaders, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business goals
Collaborate with data teams to define and track metrics that measure the impact of the Core Services platform on operational efficiency, customer onboarding, and system reliability
Champion Color’s culture and lead by example- we work hard and also have fun doing it!
