Pay by country, as the employer lists it
- United States: 131,300 USD to 211,600 USD per year (total target earnings)
- United Kingdom: 82,400 GBP to 135,600 GBP per year (total target earnings)
- Singapore: 163,000 SGD to 244,500 SGD per year (total target earnings)
Each line applies only to that country. Ranges are never combined across countries.
The advert lists a different range for each country and this listing doesn't name one country, so no single figure applies. Employer's wording: United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00
The employer did not publish a salary, and we have too few comparable roles to estimate one.

Remote flexibility
Undisclosed
The listing is advertised as remote but does not state which countries or regions candidates may work from.
Why this role is Undisclosed
We only label a role Work from anywhere, Region restricted or Work from home when the employer's own wording says so. We checked this advert under our current rules and found no country or region eligibility requirement in it. We don't guess, so it stays Undisclosed until the employer publishes enough location information. Here is exactly what the advert left out.
- Countries you can work from: Not stated. The advert only gives "Remote", which names no country you must live in.
- Whether the work is remote: Confirmed by the employer: "Fully remote and global"
- Working hours: Not stated. No timezone overlap or set hours are mentioned, so assume nothing either way.
Worth a look all the same. Missing wording is usually a rushed job posting rather than a closed door, so ask where you can be based in your first message, before you write a tailored application.
What the employer says
- Source listing states candidate location: "Remote"
What Nomaders makes of it
- No residency or region requirement found in the job description
- Check with the employer before assuming you can work from abroad
The quotes above are the employer's own words; the reading is ours. Always check the original listing and employment terms before working from another country.

Experience: employer states
Written as a nice-to-have
- “Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it.”
Questions worth asking: Nomaders interpretation
- The advert does not say whether this is employment or a contractor arrangement. Ask, as it affects tax and benefits.

About the Role:
Hi there! We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team.
We're a group that cares about getting the story right, not just getting it out the door. We work closely with product, sales, and demand gen, and we hold ourselves to a high bar because our work directly shapes how the market understands what we build.
This role gives you real ownership. You'll shape positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of our product portfolio, build the competitive intelligence that keeps our field teams sharp, and work directly with sales leaders who depend on your materials to close deals. It's a role with visible impact, not one where your work disappears into a shared drive.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market strategy for your area, from positioning through launch through enablement, while partnering with product and sales to make sure the message actually lands. This role matters because clear, credible product marketing is what turns a strong platform into a business result. Camunda operates in a technical, complex space, and getting that translation right is not optional.
What You Will Do
Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into a clear value proposition for both technical and business buyers.
Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actually uses, not just battlecards that sit in a folder.
Lead go-to-market execution for launches in your area, coordinating across product, sales, and demand gen so the message is consistent everywhere it shows up.
Arm the field with content that works in real conversations: pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection handling.
Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just to validate ones already made.
Mentor and support other marketers on your team, sharing what you've learned without being asked.
What You Will Bring to the Role
Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it.
A real competitive intelligence practice under your belt. You've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests as they came in.
Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers. You can go deep enough into a technical concept to be credible with a developer, and simplify it enough to be clear to an executive.
Field enablement experience at scale. You've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product, and you know how to tell if it worked.
Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to build trust with product and sales without relying on authority, and how to bring people along on a positioning decision rather than just announcing it.
Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work. This isn't a checkbox, it's part of how the role actually operates.
