Within the Operations/Customer Delight team, you will be part of the Logistics team.

You will be in charge of the Back Market transportation network powering our deliveries, returns and logistics services.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

Own and optimize a global carrier network spanning 15+ active partners worldwide. You will drive carrier performance, lead annual commercial negotiations, and oversee service quality with a sharp focus on delivery incident resolution and logistics fraud prevention.

Power Back Market's logistics services through strategic carrier partnerships. Our seller-facing logistics offerings rely on strong outbound and return shipping capabilities. You will negotiate best-in-class rates and conditions, and supervise day-to-day operations to fuel the growth of our services across our seller network.

Deliver on performance at scale across 10M+ outbound and return parcels per year, globally. Delivery performance is a direct driver of customer satisfaction and conversion. You will track KPIs, report on short- and mid-term improvement plans, and identify long-term initiatives to accelerate our delivery promise and increase our on-time delivery rate.

Shape the future of the delivery experience . From new delivery modes to innovative return solutions, you will lead projects that bring more flexibility and customization to our customers, both pre- and post-purchase, and embed these capabilities seamlessly into Back Market's ecosystem.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service

You possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.

You are fluent in English and French

You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.

You have a good knowledge in data and analytics skills

You are interested in evolving at Back Market under this individual /expert contributor role
