We are looking for a curious, organized and proactive Product & Business Operations Apprentice to join our Partnerships team .

The Partnerships team works with telecom, retail and other strategic partners to make refurbished technology more accessible to customers. We manage a growing portfolio of partnerships, launch new commercial opportunities and continuously improve the customer journeys and operating processes that support them.

This apprenticeship is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, Business Operations, Partnerships, Analytics and Commercial Operations . You will help the team scale its operating model by taking ownership of structured recurring activities, supporting launches and experiments, and identifying opportunities to improve our processes.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

Monitor partnership health by updating dashboards, reviewing customer journeys, tracking incidents and preparing portfolio summaries.

Contribute to new partnership features and drive continuous improvement by managing product partnership initiatives, documenting requirements, coordinating delivery and contributing to experiments.

Coordinate launch and QA activities, including test plans and launch-readiness updates.

Support business operations through reporting, basic analysis, meeting follow-ups, documentation and invoicing reconciliation.

Be an active part in onboarding new partners to Back Market.

Contribute to new partnership projects by researching potential partners, preparing benchmarks and helping improve or automate recurring processes.

TOOLS YOU’LL USE: ⚒️

Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Tableau or other business intelligence tools, and internal Back Market tools.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

You are enrolled in a French higher-education programme that includes an apprenticeship contract.

You are looking for a multi-year apprenticeship, ideally in product management, business operations, partnerships, analytics, business, engineering or a related field.

You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English, as we are an international team. This is mandatory.

You are organized, rigorous and comfortable managing several topics at the same time.
