Job Summary:

Andela is transitioning from a world-class talent marketplace into a high-scale, AI-integrated Talent Cloud. As a Data Analyst you will build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers Andela's business intelligence and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Proactive Business Partnership

Embed yourself in assigned business function to deeply understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities

Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask—hunt for insights that drive action

Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics and measurement frameworks

Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps, not just data summaries

Analytics & Insights Generation

Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable ongoing business monitoring

Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency

Develop forecasting and predictive models to support strategic planning and resource allocation

Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder action
